Most meeting-notes tools stream your conversations to someone else's servers to transcribe them. That's fine until it isn't — a client call, an internal review, anything you'd rather not hand to a third party. I wanted the convenience of automatic minutes without giving up control of the recording.
So Ayjan Minutes transcribes on your own machine. Only the finished text transcript is sent — to the AI provider you choose — to turn it into a clean set of minutes. Your audio stays with you.
Personally, I use it every day at work, and it's become an indispensable part of how I run meetings. Instead of scrambling to take notes, I can actually be present — listening, appreciating the conversation, and participating properly — knowing the minutes are already being written for me. 02Accountable to you
Ayjan Minutes is built in Sydney with a simple commitment: no data-hungry business model, and someone you can actually reach when you need to. Personal data is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles; the Privacy Policy spells out exactly what that means.
