This policy explains how AYJ Systems handles personal information in Ayjan Minutes, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
01What we collect
- Account & usage — your email, plan, and usage counts.
- Payment — handled by our payment provider; we don't store your card details.
- Website — basic analytics (see Cookies below).
We don't collect your recordings, transcripts, or minutes. Audio is transcribed on your device and never leaves it. When you generate minutes, the transcript text goes to the AI provider you choose and is handled under that provider's privacy policy. We don't store or log it, and the finished minutes are saved only on your computer.
We keep the account, payment, and website data above while your account is active and only as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal obligations.
02Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the Service: Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) for summaries, Supabase for accounts, Railway for hosting, and our payment provider for billing. Transcripts you summarise are received by the AI provider directly and are subject to its privacy policy; those providers do not use API data to train their models. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
03Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing ayjan.systems@gmail.com. We'll respond in line with the privacy laws that apply to you, which may give you further rights depending on where you live.
04Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects basic usage data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser settings.
