Your meeting audio is transcribed on your own computer and never uploaded to us. Only the text transcript is sent — to the AI provider you choose — to generate your minutes.

This policy explains how AYJ Systems handles personal information in Ayjan Minutes, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

01What we collect

We keep this data while your account is active and only as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal obligations.

02Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the Service: Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) for summaries, Supabase for accounts, Railway for hosting, and our payment provider for billing. Transcripts sent for summaries are not used to train AI models. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

03Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing ayjan.systems@gmail.com. If you're in the EU/UK you have additional rights under the GDPR. If you're in Australia and unhappy with our response, you can contact the OAIC.

04Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects basic usage data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser settings.
