These Terms govern your use of Ayjan Minutes (the app, website, and related services), provided by AYJ Systems. By downloading or using it, you agree to them.
01Using Ayjan Minutes
Ayjan Minutes records meetings, transcribes the audio on your own computer, and generates minutes from the transcript. To create a summary, the transcript text is sent to an AI provider you choose (Claude or ChatGPT). We grant you a personal licence to use the app on the devices allowed by your plan. Don't resell it, reverse engineer it, bypass plan limits, or use it to break the law.
02Recording consent
You're responsible for getting any consent needed to record a meeting and for following the recording and privacy laws that apply to you.
03Your content & accuracy
Your recordings, transcripts, and minutes are yours. We don't sell them or use them to train AI models. Note that transcripts and AI-generated minutes can contain errors — review them before relying on or sharing them.
04Plans & refunds
Ayjan Minutes has a free plan and paid plans. You can cancel anytime; paid access runs to the end of the billing period. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
05Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
06Governing law & contact
