Ayjan Minutes has a free plan, so you can try it on your own meetings before paying. If a paid plan isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.
01Refunds
You can request a refund within [14] days of your initial purchase by emailing ayjan.systems@gmail.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if one caught you off guard and we'll be fair.
02Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
03Your consumer rights
If you're in Australia, our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund for a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
